Salon One 12 Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your reservation without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that reservation time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. 

Please read our cancellation policy below.

Here at Salon One 12, we require a credit card on file to reserve your reservation. We ask you to please give us at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or to reschedule. 

*We have a $25 charge for same day cancellations*

*We will charge half of the service scheduled for no show reservation*
