Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things come up that are out of our control, but due to the high demand on our time, we have set some policies in place to ensure we can provide our clients with the best possible service.
A card will be required to be added to your client profile at the time of booking. This card will only be charged if necessary to fulfill our cancellation/no-show policies.
Any appointment canceled or rescheduled between 96-48 hours notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service total for their appointment.This fee will be charged to the card on file at the time of cancellation.
Any appointment that a client cancels or no-shows within the 48 hr. time frame will incur a fee of 100% of the service total for their appointment. This fee will be charged to the card on file 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time.
All cancelations for Tuesday and Wednesday must be made by 1 P.M. on Saturday. We no longer except voicemail cancelations between Saturday 1 - Tuesday 9: a.m.

We stand behind our work and the integrity of our process. If you have any concerns about your results, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment. We’ll gladly schedule a complimentary adjustment with your stylist to ensure your look aligns with the plan we created together.

• Adjustments apply only to the original agreed-upon service and do not include changes to the initial plan or color goals.
• We cannot guarantee results when professional at-home care or maintenance recommendations are not followed.
• Refunds are not offered for completed services, but we’re always committed to making things right.
