Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things come up that are out of our control, but due to the high demand on our time, we have set some policies in place to ensure we can provide our clients with the best possible service.

A card will be required to be added to your client profile at the time of booking. This card will only be charged if necessary to fulfill our cancellation/no-show policies.

Any appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than 48  hours notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service total for their appointment. This fee will be charged to the card on file at the time of cancellation.

Any appointment that a client does not arrive for will be considered a “no-show” and will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service total for their appointment. This fee will be charged to the card on file 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time.

Re-Do Policy 

Due to the creative nature of our industry, we do not offer refunds on services. If you are unsatisfied with the results of your service(s) we will work with you, within reason, to make adjustments and/or corrections. A re-do appointment must be requested and booked within 7 days of the original appointment in order to qualify as a re-do.

Guarentee Policy

Hair color and other chemical appointments cannot be guarenteed if professional products are not purchased directly through us. In many industries, including the beauty industry, there is diversion. Diversion occurs when a product is made counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise not real and illegally sold to stores, pharmacies, online and more. We urge you to google "Beauty Diversion" to learn more. Also drug store products are not caliberated to the professional chemical and products used in salon and will alter your results at home. If you have any questions about this, please ask!
