The Envision Cloud service is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at a guaranteed up-time of 99.9 %. This agreement starts on the day you begin using our service and ends on the day you cancel our service.
Up-time is calculated every 12 months, starting on the anniversary date of the day you commence service. The calculation is as follows:
(TOTAL - UNSCHEDULED - SCHEDULED) / (TOTAL - SCHEDULED)
Total: The total number of minutes in a 12 month period.
Scheduled: The total minutes of scheduled or excluded downtime in the 12 month period.
Unscheduled: The total minutes in which our service was unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
Scheduled Maintenance: If our services will be down due to scheduled hardware or software maintenance, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance.
Issues with your equipment: Your internet connection, network components, and computer or mobile device must be in proper working order to connect to the Envision Cloud service.
Any major DDOS attacks on the internet backbone outside of our control.Any "act of god", such as sudden natural disasters, that are outside of our control.
