Our practitioners make every effort to accommodate the needs of our clients. We understand how busy each person’s life has become and know that schedules may change. However, the office must be notified in advance if a scheduled appointment cannot be kept. Everyone’s time is valuable, and we maintain the professionalism of honoring other patient’s appointments.

OFFICE POLICY REQUIRES THAT IF ANY APPOINTMENT IS TO BE CANCELLED, IT MUST BE DONE SO AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

No show’s and last minute cancellations (within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment) are subject to a cancellation penalty.

We require a credit card on file.

Please note that credit card information will be obtained for all first-time patients, and will be held on file as will be those of all patients in the practice. Charges will be made when applicable. We thank you for your patience and acceptance of this policy.
