Privacy & Electronic Monitoring Policy

Jenifer L. Gibson Staff Services LLC, doing business as Skin + Tonic Medical & Laser Aesthetics (“the Company”), provides electronic communication systems (“ECS”) including, but not limited to, computer hardware, software, email systems, internet access, mobile devices, cloud storage, scheduling platforms, and internal communication tools for business use.

All ECS, data, and equipment provided by the Company remain the sole property of the Company.


No Expectation of Privacy

Employees should have no expectation of personal privacy when using Company-provided systems, equipment, or networks.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Emails
• Text or messaging platforms
• Internet usage
• Electronic documents
• Files stored locally or in cloud-based systems
• Scheduling, CRM, and communication software

All data created, received, accessed, or stored using Company systems may be accessed, reviewed, monitored, or disclosed by the Company at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.


Monitoring & Compliance

To ensure operational efficiency, data security, workplace professionalism, and compliance with applicable federal and state laws — including harassment, discrimination, HIPAA, and information security requirements — the Company reserves the right to monitor, audit, and review ECS usage.

Monitoring may occur at any time and may include real-time or retrospective review.


Protected Employee Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to interfere with, restrain, or prohibit employees from exercising their rights under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), including the right to discuss wages, hours, benefits, or working conditions, or to engage in protected concerted activity.


Violations

Failure to comply with this policy or misuse of Company electronic systems may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
