Online Booking Policies & Agreement

We look forward to welcoming you to International Day Spa! Please review the following policies before completing your online reservation.

Reservations & Credit Card Requirement

A valid credit card is required to secure all online reservations. Your card will be securely stored on file and may be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policies. Payment for services is due at the time of your visit.

24-Hour Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that schedules sometimes change. We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price, charged to the credit card on file.

Treatment Times & Scheduling

The treatment durations displayed in our online booking menu represent the total appointment time reserved, including guest transitions, preparation, and room turnover. Actual hands-on treatment time may be shorter than the listed appointment duration.

Please review individual service descriptions on our website for additional details about each treatment.

We recommend arriving 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to check in and enjoy our a complimentary foor soak. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatments without a reduction in service price.

Treatment Eligibility & Service Modifications

For your safety and the quality of your experience, please carefully review treatment descriptions, requirements, and restrictions before booking.

Certain treatments may not be appropriate for all guests due to age, pregnancy, medical conditions, medications, skin conditions, physical limitations, or other contraindications.

International Day Spa and its licensed service providers reserve the right to determine whether a selected treatment is appropriate and safe to perform.

If a guest books a treatment for which they are not eligible, we may offer an alternative service based on professional assessment and availability. Any difference in pricing will be discussed before proceeding.

If the scheduled treatment cannot be safely performed and no suitable alternative is available or accepted, the reservation may be subject to our 50% cancellation fee.

We strongly encourage guests with questions about treatment eligibility to contact the spa before booking.

Health & Safety

Please disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, recent procedures, or other health concerns that may affect your treatment.

Guests scheduling hydrotherapy or water treatments must be able to safely enter and exit the equipment independently, without physical assistance from spa staff.

Hydrotherapy/Vichy Room Massage Reservations

Massage services listed under the Hydrotherapy/Vichy category are traditional dry massages performed in our hydrotherapy treatment room.

These massages feature the same techniques, treatment durations, and pricing as their counterparts in our standard massage rooms. The only difference is the treatment room in which your service takes place.

Booking a massage in this category does not include hydrotherapy, Vichy shower, or other water-based treatments. These services must be booked separately.

By selecting a massage under the Hydrotherapy/Vichy category, guests acknowledge that their massage will take place in our hydrotherapy room rather than a traditional massage room.

Minors

International Day Spa does not provide services to children age 12 or younger. Guests under 18 are subject to additional parental consent, supervision, and treatment restrictions. Please contact the spa before scheduling services for a minor.

Gift Cards & Payment

Gift cards may be redeemed toward eligible services and retail purchases but may not be used for gratuities. A valid credit card is still required to reserve appointments online, even when a gift card will be used for payment.

Booking Agreement

By completing an online reservation, I acknowledge that I have reviewed and agree to International Day Spa's booking, cancellation, treatment eligibility, and payment policies. I authorize International Day Spa to charge my card on file for applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
