Notice of Our Online Appointment Reservation Policy
Thank you for choosing Beginnings Salon and Day Spa for your beauty and wellness journey. To provide an exceptional experience for all our guests, we’ve set the following policies in place. These guidelines allow us to manage reservations effectively and accommodate clients who may be waiting for a service.
Deposit Requirement: A deposit of 50% of the service cost is required at the time of booking your reservation. This deposit will be held as an on account credit and can be appliedtoward your final service bill.
Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a reservation. This advance notice allows us to offer your reserved appointment times to other clients.
Late Cancellations: For cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice of the reserved appointment time, the deposit will be forfeited.
