~ OUR SALON POLICIES ~ 

✦ Cancellations = No-Shows = Service Changes ✦

We understand that life happens. When possible, we kindly ask for adequate notice so we can respect our stylists’ time and accommodate other guests.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 48 business hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 business hours’ notice may be charged 50%-100% of the scheduled service Depending on the circumstace.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service, as the time cannot be rebooked. unless other wise

Business hours exclude Sundays and Mondays.

Service Changes

  • Last-minute service changes that significantly reduce booked time may result in a charge, as unused time cannot be rebooked.

If You Are Sick

  • Please notify us as soon as possible and stay home if contagious.

  • If you are no longer contagious and comfortable wearing a mask, we are happy to accommodate when possible.

  • With sufficient notice, fees may be waived.

After-Hours Cancellations

  • Voicemails left after business hours are considered received the next business day.

New Guests

  • New guests may be required to provide a deposit when booking their first appointment.

All services and retail purchases are non-refundable.

Parking

Parking is available in the first four spots from the side walk in our lot directly out side the salon and on the nearby streets.
