 ~ CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS / SERVICE CHANGES ~

We Understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise in your life as they do in ours on occasion, but we also request adequate notice when possible to manage our schedules and ensure our service providers time is valued and utilized effectively.

Out of respect for our Professional Sylist Team and our Other Guests, the following policies will be kindly adhered to.

      *No Show is a 100% Charge to the client as we do not have a chance to rebook.  

The income of our staff depends on the guests in their chairs .

For guests who cannot make their scheduled appointment times we respectfully request 48 business hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel to NOT incur charges.

      *Call within 48 business hours, services will be cancelled or rescheduled at NO charge.

      *Less than 48 business hours notice and you may be charged 50% of the reserved service value.

      **Service Changes: If a service change is requested last minute & it reduces greatly the time booked you may be subject to a charge for this as we can not book the missed time in the stylist schedule and they lose valuable income. 

If YOUR SICK...

If you are sick, we KINDLY request you to let us know ASAP and stay home. We appreciate that you do not come in ill when Contagious. If you are beyond the contagious stage and are comfortable in a mask we are happy to accommodate when possible.

When we have enough notice cancellation fees can be forgiven. 

Any voicemails left for cancellations after business hours will be deemed as received on the next business day. We are closed on Sunday and Mondays thus these are not business hours.

All new guests must register with our front desk Reception team for their first appointment will need a deposit when scheduling their appointment. Our front desk team will let you know what is required at the time of bookin
