Terms and Conditions
Late arrivals
In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will forfeit their right to full service and will be subject to a 30% fee or may have to forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled.
Late cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. Cancellations that break these rules will be subject to 30% fee of the cancelled service added to their next appointment. 100% of your cancellation fee will go to your stylist.
No-shows
In the case of missing your appointment with no notice, you will be imposed with a fee worth 50% of the missed service. Clients who miss two or more appointments are subject to having service refused.
100% of your no show fee will go to your stylist.
Service guarantee & refunds
Your satisfaction is our
highest priority. If you are not completely content with the service, please
let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has
been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there
was a fault on our side, we may be able to offer you a refund.
Health history
For your comfort and
safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues,
or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any
other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider
immediately.
Right to refuse service
Our salon staff has the
right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their
state of health may influence the effects of the service or other
clients/employees.
Additional policies
- Kids in the salon: The safety of our clients is important to us. For your child’s safety we strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the salon. We ask that all children 12 and under are accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
- Lice: Prior to your child's appoinment please check for lice. If your child comes in with lice we must refuse the service and there will be a health and saftey cleaning fee of $50.00. - Pets in the salon: We love and welcome all furry
friends. Please make sure they are leashed during the entirety of their
visit. Please keep in mind some strong aromas and loud noises can be
irritating to your pet.
