Refinery now requires a card on file for all Womens Services. 

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment or a charge of 50% of the total service scheduled will be charged to your card on file.

If you are 10 minutes late we may not have time for your shampoo and scalp massage service. If you are 15 or more minutes late we will have to reschedule your appointment.
