You will receive a separate text message requesting confirmation of your appointment. Please respond promptly upon receiving it to secure your reserved time.

Unconfirmed appointments may be released to accommodate another guest.

We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change! Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly appreciate as much advance notice as possible, ideally four days (96 hours).

This thoughtful courtesy allows us to offer your reserved time to another guest who may be waiting.

Refunds are not offered for completed services, but we are always committed to addressing concerns with care and integrity.
