We kindly ask for a 48 hour cancellation/reschedule notice for all salon/spa services.  Anything less will result in a charge of $50 or 50% of the scheduled service. Same day cancellations/reschedules will be subject to a 50% cancellation/reschedule fee for the anticipated service amount.  Same day is from midnight until scheduled appointment time. Guests who cancel/reschedule the same day of the service will have a notation made in their file and may be subject to required deposits on future appointments. If you no show your appointment without contacting the salon prior to your appointment time you will be automatically charged 100% of the anticipated service amount at your service provider’s level and will be required to have a credit card on file and may be subject to a deposit for future reservations.     Deposits are Non-refundable & Non-transferable for any reason.

-Pricing listed on our website is our starting prices and will vary based on level of your service provider. 

-All pricing is subject to change based on final services rendered.
