IF you need to cancel your appointment, you may do so online if it is 24 hours in advance. If there in an emergency and you need to cancel the day of, please call the salon and let your stylist know.

*Credit Card on file policy: We do require credit cards on file. 

If you NO SHOW (don't call) or more than 15 min late to your appointment, you will be charged a $50 fee for any chemical service , $15 for hair service or $20 for any nail service. You will be charged on day of service.

Lash Services & Brow Lamination Services: A $50 NON- refundable desposit is required at time of making an appointment. This deposit will go towards a service unless you do not show.This deposit will NOT go towards next appointment.  With a 24 hr cancellation call, the deposit will go towards the next visit. Online booking is not avaiable for these services, please call our spa 765-362-2727
