Terms and Conditions
CANCELLATION POLICY
- All guests are required to store a card on file in order to reserve all appointments. By proceeding with your reservation, you are agreeing to Gilded's cancellation policy and the charges associated with them. If you cancel or reschedule within 48-Hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your booked service. If you cancel or reschedule within 24-Hours or No-Show your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the cost of your booked service. Cancellation and reschedule charges are contingent on timeframe of the cancellation only and are not tied to the reason for the cancellation.
- If you are more than 10-minutes late
to your appointment, we cannot guarantee that your entire service will be
completed and you will be subject to be charged 100% of the service that was
originally booked.
- If you are more than 15-minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee that your service provider will be able to seat you for your scheduled appointment and we reserve the right to cancel your appointment at the 15-minute mark in order to prevent subsequent client appointments from running behind. You will be subject to the cancellation policy at the 15-minute mark and your card will be subject to being charged for the full amount of your originally scheduled service.
- Consultations are booked for 15 minutes, if you are more than 5-minutes late to your consultation, we cannot guarantee that we can seat you and we may need to reschedule your consultation to ensure subsequent appointments do not run behind.
CHILDREN & ADDITIONAL PARTIES
- Gilded strives to create a relaxing and peaceful experience for all guests within our intimate salon. Due to this, we ask that guests not bring children with them to their appointment. Guests who bring children with them to their appointment will be rescheduled.
- Gilded is an intimate-boutique salon with limited seating reserved for guests recieving a service, with this in mind, we kindly ask that guests not bring additional parties with them to their appointment.
- We do not take service reservations for children under 12-years of age.
CONSULTATIONS
- Consultations are complimentary. However, a card on file is
required to reserve a consultation. If a guest cancels within 24-hours of their
scheduled consultation or does not show up to their appointment, a $50 fee will
