Terms and Conditions
When booking online we do require a deposit that is nonrefundable.
This is to secure your spot and also secure the stylists time required
for the service(s). Please make sure you choose the correct service and
correct name of the person receiving the service(s). This will allow your
service provider an accurate amount of time with you. If you cannot keep
this appointment, we ask that you follow our cancelation policy.
Cancelation Policy
- Booking: A valid credit card is required
to secure your appointment.
Cancellations: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to best serve our guests and stylists.
Appointment Confirmation: To keep your
reservation, appointment confirmation is necessary. Any appointment not
confirmed within 48 hours will be cancelled.
Cancellations within 48 Hours: A fee of 50% of
the service cost will be charged for any cancellations made within 48 hours of
the appointment, regardless of the reason.
- No-Shows: A
fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged for no-shows.
REFINE
- Artistic and Personal Preference:
Hair is an art form, and we understand that styles are subjective to
individual artistic and personal preferences. Our primary goal is to
foster positive and productive stylist-client relationships.
- Color Adjustments: If needed, simple color adjustments can be made within 7 days of your appointment, at the stylist’s discretion.
- Significant Changes:
Significant changes may require additional services, which will be
charged accordingly. Achieving your final desired look may take multiple
lightening, repair, or color sessions.
- Refunds: We
do not offer refunds on services.
Duo Tones Salon Company guarantees all of our work. If you are not happy with your results, we will make it right within 7 days of your initial appointment – at no additional cost to you.
- We want every guest to love their hair! If you are not fully satisfied,
we do offer a two-tiered re-do system.
- Tier one: Stylist Growth Guaranteed Free with
stylist discretion:
- If you like your original stylist to make the adjustments, we'll gladly schedule a complimentary re-do within 7 days of your appointment. This gives your stylist the opportunity to learn and refine their technique, ensuring the best experience for you while adhering to our policy and education-based approach.
- Tier 2: Fresh perspective Adjustment:
- If you would prefer to see a different stylist for the adjustment we completely understand! A new stylist will provide the service at a slightly discounted rate of 10% off the standard stylist level price. This is to compensate the stylist doing the service. This ensures fairness while still offering a cost-effective solution for the guest.
By booking with us, you are agreeing to our salon policy and cancellation fee’s.
