We value your time and kindly ask that you respect the time reserved for your stylist and fellow guests.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Appointments changed or canceled within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the reserved service total.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to modify or reschedule their service to avoid affecting the next guest.

New Color Guests
New clients booking a large color appointment are required to pay a nonrefundable $150 deposit. A consultation may be required before the appointment can be confirmed.

Pricing
Service prices vary based on stylist level, hair length, density, time and the amount of product required. Additional color or root-spray charges may apply. Your stylist will discuss any significant price adjustments with you.

Hair Adjustments & Product Returns
Hair-adjustment requests and product returns must be made within two weeks of the original service or purchase date. After two weeks, returns cannot be accepted and additional service charges may apply.
