Terms and Conditions

We require at least a 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling. This allows your stylist ample time to try and accommodate another guest in their schedule.

Should you cancel within the 24 hour window, cancellation fees are as follows:

• 24 Hours or Less - 50% charge of your scheduled services
• NO SHOW - 100% charge of your scheduled services 

To ensure the safety of all stylists and clients, only the person receiving the service is allowed present during the appointment. No extra guests, including children.
