Salon Cancelation Policy

At KM Hair Designs, we believe that everyone's time is vaulable. Out of respect for our staff and other clients, we kindly request that you give us at least 24 hours notice in the event you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancelations made within 24 hours or "no-shows" may be subject to a rebooking fee of up to 50% of the services requested. To cancel an appointment, reply "cancel" to your text or email confirmation.
