Booking and Cancellation Policy 

At Thryv Medical, we are committed to providing exceptional care and personalized services to our valued patients. To ensure the smooth operation of our clinic and to accommodate all our patients effectively, we have established the following booking and cancellation policy:

Booking Appointments:

1. Online Booking: We encourage patients to book appointments through our online scheduling system for convenience. You can use our dedicated scheduling platform to book your appointment.

2. Phone Reservations: If you prefer to speak with one of our friendly staff members, you can also call our clinic to book your appointment.

3. Booking Confirmation: Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email containing the date, time, and location of your appointment.

Late Cancellation Policy:

1. 24-Hour Notice: We kindly request that you provide us with a minimum 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This advance notice allows us to accomodate other paitients in need of our services on our waiting list.

2. Late Cancellations: In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice), a late cancellation fee of $25 will be applied the the credit card on file.

No Show Policy:

Missed appointments will incur a $50 No Show fee charged to the credit card on file.

Late Arrival Policy:

1. Arrival Time: We recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for your treatment. We understand that unexpected delays can occur, but please make every effort to arrive on time.

2. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for other patients. In some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the best quality of care.

Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you have a legitimate reason for missing your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
