Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled. We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24-hours (Spa/Med Spa Services), 48-hours (Surgical Procedures), and 7-days (Groups); in advance so we can fill your spot with clients on our waiting list that would love to come visit us. If you do not cancel in advance, you will be charged 50% of your service price with your card on file. Deposits go toward the cost of your service. Deposits are non-refundable. Not all services require a deposit.

 

No-Show Policy:

We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled within the 24-hour notice. If you no-show without notice on the day of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your booked service price with your card on file. Deposits go toward the cost of your service. Deposits are non-refundable. Not all services require a deposit.

 

Late Policy:

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment start time (30 minutes if you are a group).

If  you do not arrive on time, we will make every effort to accommodate your service. However, if you are 10 or more minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment so it will not affect other clients' scheduled services. If we are unable to accommodate you at the time you arrive, you will be charged for 50% of the service price with your card on file. Deposits go toward the cost of your service. Deposits are non-refundable. Not all services require a deposit.

 

Minors Policy:

Minors must have parental consent and have a parent or guardian in the room at the time of the service.

*Some services require the client to be at least 18 years of age.

*Children under 16 are not permitted in treatment areas & cannot be left unattended in the lobby.
