Cancellation Policy Overview

48-Hour Notice:
Need to reschedule? Let us know at least 48 hours in advance. No fees, no stress! (You’ll receive a reminder text one week before your appointment.)

24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

Same-Day or No-Show: Missed appointments or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.


Booking Requirement

We require a card on file to schedule any appointment—whether you book online or over the phone. This helps us streamline our process and ensures fairness for both clients and stylists. Your card is stored securely and is only charged if a late-cancellation or no-show fee applies.

 

Each appointment time is reserved just for you. Last-minute changes impact both our stylists and clients on our waitlist. We can ensure everyone’s hair, schedules, and experiences stay on track with a little notice!
