Cancellation Policy Overview

Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

Any changes or cancellations with less than a 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service value, including partial service cancellations (e.g., cancelling the color portion of a color and haircut appointment).
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

All fees will be charged to the card on file, and must be paid in full before booking any future appointments.

Booking Requirement

We require a card on file to schedule any appointment—whether you book online or over the phone. This helps us streamline our process and ensures fairness for both clients and stylists. Your card is stored securely and is only charged if a late-cancellation or no-show fee applies.

Each appointment time is reserved just for you. Last-minute changes impact both our stylists and clients on our waitlist. We can ensure everyone’s hair, schedules, and experiences stay on track with a little notice!
