Cancellation/No Show Policy:

In an effort to remain timely with our patient flow and allow for optimal patient experience, we've instituted the following cancellation/no show policy. Please understand that when you forget to reschedule, or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time. Please see our policy below: 

 

• We require all new and established clients to supply a credit card to have on file. 
  • All cards are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. 

   

•  A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. 
  • Failure to give proper notice will result in your credit card on file being charged $100 (or $40 for LUMI Roll appointments). 
    • As a courtesy, appointment reminders will be sent via text as well.
    • We strongly encourage you to call us at 267-855-LUMI (5864) if you need to make any changes to your appointment to avoid late cancellation/no show fees.
