Some service providers and services are not available for online booking. Please call or use the appointment request for all other appointments you would like to book. We will contact you if an appointment needs to be changed for any reason.
Cancellation Policy
No-Shows and Short-Notice Cancellations greatly affect our
staff and other clients.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ Notice for Cancellations.
We will require your credit card information to secure your appointment. All credit card information will be entered into our secured organization’s software and all numbers, except for the last four (4) will be X out, i.e., XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-1234.
Once we have secured your appointment,
you will immediately receive an SMS
(text) message confirmation that provides the day and time of
your appointment. You will also receive the same SMS (text) messages two (2)
days prior to your appointment date.
Late Cancellation: A fee of 25% of the services will be charged to the card on
file for any late cancellations within 24 hours.
No Show: A fee of 50% of the services will be charged to the card on file.
