We ask that you read before booking, and by accepting the terms you agree to the statement below: 

Keep in mind, when booking an appointment you will be asked to add a valid card on file to secure your intended appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or failure to arrive for your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the missed service. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file. 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment  without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that  appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity  to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance  because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked  months ago. This policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests  of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.
