Appointment Confirmation: When booking an appointment at NuDerma MD MedSpa & Wellness Center, please ensure that you receive a confirmation email or SMS to guarantee your appointment.
Cancellation Policy: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot.
No-Show Fee: In the event of a no-show, where we do not receive any communication from you within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a $50 no-show fee will be charged to your account. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with the reserved time slot and ensures fairness to other clients.
Communication: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach us by phone at (262) 278-4105 or by replying to your appointment confirmation email or SMS.
Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. However, arriving excessively late for your appointment may result in a shortened service or rescheduling to accommodate other clients' appointments.
Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds for missed appointments or late cancellations. However, we are more than happy to help you reschedule your appointment at a convenient time.
