Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Securing Your Appointment
A valid credit card is required to reserve your service—your golden key to a seamless, indulgent experience.
Cancellations & Changes
If you need to adjust or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
Guests who do not arrive for their appointment will be charged the full service fee.
Advanced Services: Jet Plasma & Body Contouring
Before embarking on these transformative treatments, a $25 consultation is required. Should you choose to move forward, a 50% deposit is needed to secure your treatment series, with the remaining balance due at your first session.
Appointment Confirmations
We ask that all guests please confirm their appointments when the reminder is sent. This helps us prepare your customized experience with care and intention.
Rescheduling
Plans change—we understand. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied toward future services or retail purchases.
Arrival Time
To begin your experience in a calm and centered way, we recommend arriving 5 minutes early.
