Terms and Conditions


A credit card or debit card is required to schedule all services with Dolly Monroe Beauty Academy. ALL payments are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. No exceptions can be made. There will be a 15 minute appointment grace period. After the 15 minute grace period the appointment will be cancelled and deemed a no show. The client will be charged the full service cost. All appointments should be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 HOURS prior to your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a $25 cancellation fee. We enjoy the time we share with you and deem it as valuable. Each of our services requires time to investigate & customize your look & experience. Late start times simply hinders our servicing abilities, therefore if you're running late please don’t hesitate to call us. 813.388.5532 


Tipping students is PROHIBITED BY LAW.  Dolly Monroe Beauty Academy students are not prohibited to accept tips. Failure to comply with the governing laws, rules, and regulations will result in the academy no longer being able to service any that breaks the law, and students could be terminated from the program. 

Please do not risk our students license and successful completion of our program. The academy and the students certainly appreciate the nice gesture, however, as an accredited institution that is regulated by many governing bodies, it is inappropriate and most importantly ILLEGAL. Instead we ask that you leave the student a review to help the gain exposure in the industry, as the best gift you can give them is a referral for their future endevours.    


Due to the nature of our school your appointment is considered a request. We will contact you shortly to confirm your appointment upon submitting the online request. All services are booked based upon student clinic availablility. As we are a school, we must allow time for students time to learn and observe treatment techniques. Student services may be observed by other students/staff to encourage learning or may have extended servicing times.

Your appointment is considered an online request which will be sent to us. We will contact you if we cannot accommodate your selected options. If you need to modify your request, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.


If you do not see a service provider listed, it means there are no current available appointments and/or qualified service providers available for that service at this time. You may call us to be added to the waitlist. 


Due to the nature of our school, there may be photographers/videographers present during our services. Students may be asked to collect before and after photos of their work, by booking with Dolly Monroe Beauty Academy you hereby agree to release photography/videography consent to Dolly Monroe parties, affiliates, students, and staff for the purposes of marketing/advertisments, portfolio building etc. You also agree that you will not be compensated in any way for such photography/videography footage/content. If you wish to not be photographed you must submit a written request to [email protected] prior to your service


Dolly Monroe Beauty Academy has the right to refuse service.


Our institution is a drug/alcohol free campus. This includes our parking lots. Anyone deemed or suspects to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be serviced.  


All appointments are performed by academy students, supervised by licensed instructors, and based upon student schedule availability.
