CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please do so as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment.

This applies even if you make an appointment with less than 48 hours. 

Any appointment cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will automatically forfeit their deposit (minimum $50). No call no shows will be charged $50/30 min scheduled. Two no call no shows will result in being dismissed from Elite Medical & Aesthetics and all credits or purchased services will be forfeit. Any amount not paid will be sent to collections.

REMINDERS: By booking online you consent to text and email reminders

PAPERWORK: Paperwork must be completed 24 hours prior to appointment time

NO CHILDREN: No children are allowed in the office under age 12 

NO REFUNDS are given for services
