CANCELLATION POLICY

Understanding that everyone's time is valuable, please be aware of our STRICT "CANCELLATION" policy. 

$150 fee if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

This fee will be charged to your credit card on file.

This policy helps protect our providers schedule and give us time to fill the slot.

Please plan for traffic and arrive on time.
