Cancellation Policy 

 At Cutella Medical Spa your appointment is important to us, and we reserve time for every person scheduled. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice if needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If expecting to be more than 30 minutes late to an appointment we do consider it a “no show” and will need to be rescheduled. Our policies are designed to be beneficial for everyone and enable our team to provide every guest with the exemplary quality and services Cutella Medical Spa is known for. Please acknowledge our Booking Terms and Conditions below. 

Please notify our concierge before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concerns at all, please let are Cutella Team know.

All appointments booked require a credit card on file A $50 fee will be applied to the following:

•  Appointments that are canceled within a 48-hour period of the appointment

•  No show appointments (including arriving more than 30 minutes late)
