Not all Service Providers offer reservations made through online booking.

If you would like to request a service provider that is NOT listed, please call 330-723-3998. A Guest Service Representative will assist in scheduling with your preferred Service Provider.

Cancellation Policy

Our Salon Company has implemented a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any reservation cancelled or rescheduled within the 24-hour window will result in 50% of the service & time being charged to the guests. A no call or no show reservation will be charged 100% the services and time reserved.
