Cancellation Policy: Credit Card required to secure an appointment for all services. 24 hour advanced notice of cancellation required. If appointments are not cancelled within 24 hours, 50% of services booked will be charged as a no-show fee.
Masters Services: These facials WILL NOT be listed for booking online. You will HAVE to call us at 202-216-9700 or come in person to book the appointment so you can pay the necessary deposit to secure your appointment. You can only book the 30-minute and 60-minute facials online. These deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel/no-show your appointment.
