YB Cancellation policy:

Your appointments are very important to us.  Our goal is to provide a unique, relaxing and custom experience to every guest on every visit.

We hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide us with 24-hour notice.  

This way, our team will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. 

YellowBlu Medspa requires a credit card to be placed on file to reserve your appointment and services.

 We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc.  

However, if last minute cancellations, rescheduling or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee.  Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees:

•    Less than 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling  will result a charge $25.

•    ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged a $50 fee.

Please be mindful that arriving late to your appointment affects other YellowBlu Medspa guests. Therefore, we may need to make changes to your services if you are more than 10 minutes late.

We greatly appreciate courtesy calls and text messages, if you know that you will be a few minutes late.

These policies allow us the opportunity to alert our standby clients of any openings, therefore allowing us to provide the best service possible.
