Salon Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Appointment Confirmation
- All appointments made online are subject to confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email or message within 24 hours of booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A late cancellation fee may be enforced.
3. Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it is at the stylist's discretion whether they can complete the service. A cancellation fee may apply if the appointment cannot be honored.
4. Payment
- Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and mobile payments. Please note that there is a convenience fee based on a percentage of the service total for card purchases.
5. Service Changes
- If you wish to change your service or stylist, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
6. Health and Safety
- Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions prior to your appointment. Additionally, please notify your stylist of your previous hair history to prevent any unwanted damage. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a risk to your health or safety.
7. Promotions and Discounts
- Any promotions or discounts must be mentioned at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively.
8. Consultations
- Certain services may require a consultation to discuss desired outcome and hair type. Stylits will contact client if consultation is needed. Consultations are always free.
9. Acceptance of Terms
