If you are booking a Morpheous or Lumecca appt a consultation must be booked prior to actual treatment appointment. As a courtesy to our customers at Ivy Med Spa, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged a certain cancellation fee, as per the company policies if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or if there is a no-show.
