Professional Products
The use of professional hair care products at home is highly recommended for color-treated hair to achieve maximum color retention.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Our professional staff appreciates the opportunity to serve you & is confident that the quality of the services you receive will meet your expectations. If, for any reason, we have not provided you with the professional results our salon is known to deliver, please contact us as soon as possible, so an appointment can be made for you to have your service performed to your satisfaction at no additional charge. Please note the new appointment must be scheduled within 14 days of your original appointment for perms & 7 days for cut, color, or highlights.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
VISA, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks with proper ID and cash are gladly accepted. A $20 minimum is required for all credit card transactions. We regret that gratuities can not be added to card payments.
APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. When cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, we respectfully request 24 hours notice. If you miss 3 scheduled appointments, we reserve the right to secure future appointments with a credit card.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included. The industry standard is 15—20 % of the service fee. We regret that gratuities can not be added to card payments. Most stylists also accept Venmo.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are not refundable and may be used for services & retail products only.
CHILDREN
We understand that at times, it may be necessary to bring your children with you to the salon. However, for their safety, we request that you keep them seated in the waiting area.
PRICING
Starting prices reflect Salon Team Pricing. All service providers are experienced, trained & licensed. However, prices may be higher with some service providers due to extensive experience & high demand. Prices are subject to change. Please check our website or call for current pricing.
NEW CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that emergencies happen and we always do our best to accommodate our clients when unforeseen circumstances arise. However, we are requiring a
48 HOUR NOTICE FOR ALL CANCELLATION REQUESTS
For appointments canceled within the 48 hours a fee equal to 50% of the canceled services will be charged. Multiple cancellations under 48 hours will require client to pay a fee to secure their next appointment time.
