HOW TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

All appointments are scheduled a la carte. Please read the description of the service you are requesting online. Not all services are available to book online. If you do not see the type of appointment you are looking to book, please call us at 262-245-2444 to schedule. A deposit of 50% of your services is required to book your appointment. The deposit will deduct from your total due at the time of the appointment.

 

PRICING

Prices are subject to change after an appointment has been booked. If your services or provider changes, the prices next to your services online may not be the final price when you check out.

 

CANCELLATIONS

All services must be guaranteed with a credit card. Cancellations, rescheduling and/or modifying of online appointments must be made 48 hours in advance of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the service rate(s) charged to your credit card. Appointments cannot be rescheduled or canceled online. Please call us at 262-245-2444 to make changes. Any cancellation within the 48 hour window or a no show will result in a charge for all services. The credit card on file will be charged for the remainder of the cost of services. By accepting our terms, you acknowledge and accept the cancellation policy, 48 hours and 100% cancellation or no show fee.

 

COLOR SERVICES

All color prices are subject to change based on your hair type, the time it takes to complete your requested service, and the amount of product we use.  We are proud to offer prices customized to your specific hair and look.  Everyone is different and so your final cost will often vary from these base prices. If you request additional services during your consultation, we may need to schedule another appointment to complete your look.

 


WHAT IF I'M LATE?

Arriving late for a scheduled service may result in a shortened service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your appointment or reschedule to provide the full service.


FURRY FRIENDS

We love dogs and cats. However, animals (including emotional support animals) are not allowed in the salon due to state regulations governing salons. Service animals recognized by the ADA are, of course, an exception. We appreciate your understanding.

 

GROUP APPOINTMENTS

Please call us at 262-245-2444 to schedule. Group appointments cannot be booked online at this time.
