I am aware that when booking online, to choose the correct facility, I will choose my Massage Therapist that is associated with the Loveland or Greeley facility that I am looking to book at.  For example: Shayla J. Loveland Facility or Shayla J. Greeley Facility. Some Massage Therapist may only work at one facility. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within that 24 hours you will be subject to fee's. Please make sure to reach out to us if there is a last minute cancellation. When you call, if there is no answer, please make sure that you leave a voicemail as we may be on the other line. Thank you so much and we cannot wait to work with you. 

Groupon: If you have a Groupon, you will still have to enter a credit card into the system. Although in the notes you can put the redemption code from the Groupon and we will see that on our end.

Time: If you choose a 60 minute session you may see next to each therapist a different time either adding 15 or 30 minutes to the 60 minute session.  We use a medical system for HIPPA compliance and the system will always show the turn around time that each therapist has after their session.  Please just choose the 30, 60 or 90 minute session and don't worry about the time.
