CANCELLATION POLICY: We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you "no show" or cancel within less than 24 hours prior to your appointment and we are unable to fill your spot, you will be responsible for 50% of your total services booked for the first time and up to 100% the 2 time.
LATE POLICY: Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appoinment to get settled in before your service. We occasionally double book services so we can accommodate as many people as possible, so if you arrive more than 15 mins past your scheduled appointment time we may need to alter or reschedule your services so we don't interfere with another guest's appointment.
ASSOCIATES: We are an educating salon and work alongside our associates to perform all services, including but not limited to: highlighting, color applications, toner applications, shampoos and finish-outs! They are fully licensed and eager to help you with anything you need, get to know them and we are sure you will love having an extra set of hands to make your visit exceptional!
DRESS FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT: If you are booking a chemical service of any kind(color, highlights, etc.), it is important to wear clothes that you are okay with getting stains on. We do our best to protect your clothing, but occasionally solution may leak onto something we don't want it to.
Additionally, all prices are starting points, and should your service require additional time or color, it will be reflected in the priceandit will be discussed during the process.
