Booking Policy

We require a credit card on file to schedule an appointment. Your card will not be charged unless one of the following occur:

​1) SERVICES OVER $100

If the service you book is over $100, a 30% deposit will be required to book online.

2) CANCELATIONS/RESCHEDULES

If something occurs that requires the need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, that request must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If the cancellation or reschedule request is made within 24 hours of the appointment time, the card on file will be charged 50% of the total service amount.

​3) NO SHOWS

Not showing up for an appointment will result in the card on file being charged 75% of the total service amount.
