Times will be ajusted based on avilability and as needed.  An associate will contact you if the time needs to be adjusted.  If you need to book a service that isn't showing available,  then you MUST call for assistance.  Your appointment will only be valid for the service you book.  If you need to add-on services to your appointment feel free to call us to do add-on services.

There is a 24 hour cancellation/No Show policy.  You must cancel/change your appointment within policy or a $25 reschedule/no show fee will be charged to the card on file.  Providers are not guaranteed and subject to change as needed and without notice.

Members Booking - Your membership must be active and valid.  If you are unsure what membership type you have, please contact us at 512-345-7546.  Benefits are non-transferrable.  If you are an Essential Member and Book a Premier/Advantage then you will be responsible for the additional charge.
