I understand that this is an appointment request and it is not confirmed.   Appointment may be confirmed via SMS confirmation but you must call to cancel/reschedule appointent.  There is a 24 hour cancellation/No Show policy in effect.  You must cancel/change your appointment within policy or a $25 reschedule/no show fee will be charged to the card on file.  Providers are not guaranteed and subject to change as needed and without notice.
