Before You Reserve Your Appointment

Thank you for choosing Elizabeth J Salon + Co. We reserve dedicated time specifically for each guest. Please review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment.

Appointment Deposit

A 50%  deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your services on the day of your visit.

Appointment Changes & Cancellations

We understand that life happens. If you need to make a change, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

Deposits may be transferred one time to a future appointment when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.

Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit.

Deposits are forfeited for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Deposits are forfeited for missed appointments or no-shows.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other guests. If we are unable to complete your scheduled services, your deposit may be forfeited.

Specialty Services

Some services, including hair extensions and major color transformations, require a consultation before an appointment can be scheduled.
