Terms for Booking an Appointment Online

Welcome to dé-al Salon! Before you book your appointment online, please review our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:

  1. Appointment Confirmation: Once your appointment is booked online, you will receive a confirmation email or text message. Please check to ensure that all details are correct. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, contact us to verify your appointment. ( THIS DOES NOT APPLY FOR SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS )

  2. Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

  3. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust the service time, which could affect the services provided. Late arrivals may also incur an additional fee.

  4. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. A no-show fee of $25 may apply, and repeat occurrences may result in the need for a deposit for future bookings.

  5. Deposit Requirements: For certain services or first-time clients, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be credited toward your service cost and is non-refundable if you cancel within less than 24 hours. If a deposit is required for your service your stylist will reach out to you to discuss this. 

  6. Service Guarantees: If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns. We strive to ensure every client is happy with their results and will work with you to resolve any issues.

  7. Personal Information: Your personal information is confidential and will be used only for the purpose of managing your appointment and providing service. Please ensure your contact details are accurate to avoid any issues with your booking.

  8. Health and Safety: If you have any health conditions or allergies that may affect your treatment, please inform us before your appointment. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.

  9. Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and cash. Tips are appreciated but not required.

  10. Changes to Booking: If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us directly as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability.
