APPOINTMENTS

At Finesse Spa Salon, your appointments are thoughtfully reserved just for you, and we greatly value your time. We understand that schedule changes may occasionally be necessary, and we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted via email; we ask that you call the salon directly for any adjustments.

To ensure seamless communication, we provide appointment confirmations via your preferred method—text, email, or phone call—and send timely reminders. You are welcome to opt out of reminders at any time.

For late arrivals, please understand that your appointment time will be adjusted accordingly and cannot extend into the next guest’s scheduled service time.


SCHEDULING

To ensure you secure your preferred date and time, we recommend scheduling your next appointment before leaving the salon or spa. Arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment will allow ample time to prepare for your service and fully enjoy your luxurious experience.

For your convenience and peace of mind, a major credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Rest assured, all credit card information is securely stored in compliance with current data protection regulations and will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation/no-show policy.


CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

Your credit card is required to secure your reservation but will only be charged if a late cancellation or no-show occurs. A late cancellation is defined as any change made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service.
