Your appointments are highly valued at Hair Loft Salon & Spa. We reserve your appointment time exclusively for you and request a minimum of 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Should you need to cancel with less than 24-hour notice, your deposit will not be eligable for refund or credit. No-shows will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the booked services. Your cooperation allows us to effectively accommodate all guests awaiting an appointment. Emergencies will be evaluated at the discretion of Hair Loft Salon & Spa.
