PURE MED AESTHETICS APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

To reserve an appointment, a $50 deposit is required. This deposit will be applied toward your consultation and/or treatment.

Consultation Fees

Consultations are $100 with:

  • Stephanie Rodriguez, NP

  • Sahar McAllen, PA

  • Jim Garza, MD

Consultations are $50 with:

  • Melysa Alanis, LT

  • Paola Ramirez, LE

  • Valerie Longoria, LE

  • Savannah Pena, LE

  • Jesus Belman, LC

Any remaining consultation or treatment balance will be charged at the completion of your appointment.

Consultation Credit

One hundred percent (100%) of your consultation fee, including your deposit, may be applied toward a treatment purchased within six (6) months of your consultation date.

No Call/No Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice ("No Call/No Show") will forfeit their $50 deposit. A new deposit will be required before any future appointments can be scheduled.

Clients with prepaid treatments or packages are not required to leave a deposit when scheduling. However, in the event of a No Call/No Show, a $50 no-show fee will be charged. This fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be applied toward future services, treatments, packages, or retail purchases.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we are happy to accommodate appointment changes whenever possible. To best serve all of our clients and providers, we graciously request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations, rescheduling requests, or modifications. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit.

Late Arrival Policy

Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment to avoid disrupting scheduled appointments for other clients. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and may be subject to the cancellation policy. 

Appointment Confirmation Policy

As a courtesy, appointment reminders may be sent via text message, email, or phone call. Failure to receive a reminder does not waive the client's responsibility to attend or cancel appointments in accordance with this policy.

Payment Policy

Pure Med Aesthetics accepts cash, credit/debit cards, Cherry, CareCredit, and Afterpay. CareCredit may not be used for appointment deposits.

Payment in full is due at the time services are rendered.

Treatment Eligibility

Pure Med Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment or discontinue services at any time. Eligibility for medical treatments is determined solely by the medical provider, and not all clients may qualify for every service offered.

Discounts & Promotions

Only one discount, promotion, or special offer may be applied per service or retail purchase.

Refund Policy

If you have purchased a treatment package or prepaid service, refunds will not be issued for unused services. Any unused balance may be converted to a credit and applied toward another service or retail purchase.

Final Sale Policy

All service, treatment package, membership, and retail product sales are FINAL and non-refundable.
