Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, online booking system, or in person. A confirmation message will be sent once your booking is secured.

Please ensure you provide accurate contact details so we can reach you regarding your appointment if necessary.

2. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $15 will be required for:

• Colour services

• Haircuts

Deposits are used towards your bill day of appointment.

3. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit.

• No-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service cost.

• Repeated late cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late:

• Your service may need to be shortened.

• We may need to reschedule your appointment.

• A cancellation fee may apply if we cannot accommodate you.

  5. Consultation & Suitability

  All colour and chemical services require:

  • A prior consultation if possible.

  We reserve the right to refuse service if hair condition, previous treatments, or medical conditions may compromise results or safety.

  6. Pricing

  Service prices are based on:

  • Hair length

  • Hair thickness

  • Time required

  • Product usage

  Final prices may vary and will be confirmed during consultation.

  7. Refund Policy

  Due to the nature of hair services:

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can offer a complimentary adjustment where appropriate.
