Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, online booking system, or in person. A confirmation message will be sent once your booking is secured.
Please ensure you provide accurate contact details so we can reach you regarding your appointment if necessary.
2. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of $15 will be required for:
Deposits are used towards your bill day of appointment.
3. Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service cost.

Repeated late cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late:

5. Consultation & Suitability
All colour and chemical services require:
