Our online booking option automatically confirms by text message and email -be sure to provide your cell number to take advantage of this convenient service.

Prices and service qualifications will vary by stylist and are based on education and demand in specialized areas. 

COLOUR CORRECTIONS/CREATIVE COLOURS: Please call the salon to book so that enough time is allotted to serve you best. We highly encourage consultations before booking big changes.

OMBRE/BALAYAGE/FASHION COLOURS ARE BOOKED AS CREATIVE COLOURS. Please ensure you have chosen the right appointment type before booking.

No more flipping through schedules; If your first booking choice is unavailable, the program will automatically offer you the next 5 available appointments. 

Please note that we have a 1 hour delay on booking. If you are needing a custom or last minute booking, give the Salon a call at 949-0599 and our Front Desk will help with your request.

CREDIT CARD POLICY

Shear Escape Salon & Spa requires a credit card on file with every appointment booked.  If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice the card will be charged 50% of the service booked. If an appointment is missed with no notice, 100% of the service will be charged to the card.

Your credit card information will be held in a secure location that only our front desk and management team has access to.  There will be a note on your account as to when that information expires and at that point you will be asked to provide new credit card info.
