Credit Card will be used to schedule your online appointment. 50% of the starting price of service will be collected to use toward the upcoming service. This deposit will be forfeit if the appointment is canceled/ rescheduled 24 hours or less before the service or "no show" the day of. 

If you are planning on using a giftcard at time of checkout for the full amount, please call the front desk to book your appointment.  

Note: If you are a current customer of Brassfields, you do not need to set up a new account, simply click "forgot password". If we have your email in our system you will get a reset password email. When you get the email, set up your password and log in. 

New Guests:

Please show up 15 minutes early so the stylist or spa service provider can properly set up and consult with you to come up with a proper plan for your new look.

Late Arrivals:

Your time is important and we will make every effort to start your service on time. We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable, however, due to scheduling commitments to other clients we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however changes may be necessary to accommodate the late arrival as well as automatically forfeiting the 50% deposit.

Cancellations:

We require 24 hours notice for a cancelation or reschedule.  Our service providers miss out on an opportunity to fill that appointment space. Our appointments are confirmed by email in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Guests who are late or who fail to show for an appointment will automatically forfeit the 50% deposit.
