• Loyalty Points.                                                                                                                                                              All  of your service expenses gain Loyalty Points. Once your  points accru, your loyalty points can be redeemed on products at your next service appointment!                                                                                                                                          
• Online Booking. https://hellogorgeous15021.com                                                                                                    Anytime of the day, 7 days a week, you can utilize the online booking! You don't have to wait untill we are open to call. You can schedule appointments up to 2 hours prior to your appointment.                                                                                                                                                                       
• Reminder Texts.                                                                                                                                                              Sent out at time of booking your services, a confirmation text 72 hours prior, and a reminder text 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.                                                                                                                                                        
• VIP Cancellation List.                                                                                                                                                        We will call you when an appointment date, time, service, with the the technician of your choice when it becomes available when you can't find and appointment that works best for you.                                                                               
• VIP Call Back.                                                                                                                                                                Most of our clients reschedule before leaving, but if your not sure of  your schedule, we can call you 2 weeks prior to when your appointment is due to be needed. No more forgetting to schedule before it's too late.                                       
• Consultation Appointments.                                                                                                                                              We have consultations for most types of appointments. No need to worry if the service and/or technician is right for you. You can book these online, by calling in, or with our Guest Service Specialist.                                                                     
• We can text you!                                                                                                                                                                  If a question comes up our Guest Service Specialist can text you, and recieve replies. This is great for those who    can't be on a phone call. You can save this number to text when needed. Replies can be expected on the next business day. This is not for cancelations.                                                                                                                                                  
• Refferal Rewards.                                                                                                                                                                Pass out our referral card with your name on it. When the card is brought in at your referrals first appointment at Hello Gorgeous Salon & Minin Spa with your name on it, they will get 20% OFF of a service that day. At YOUR next appointment, YOU get rewarded  20% OFF on one of your services that day!                                                                                                                                                                                               
• All product purchases help our team to get education!                                                                                                     We have monthly education in person, or by zoom at Hello Gorgeous. Each employee is required to continue education. We believe it is an important role to help each technician grow within the industry, and to provide our clients with the most wonderful experiences.

• Level Services.                                                                                                                                                                Our technicians grow with their menu & pricing. We have a price range to fit anyones budget. At Hello Gorgeous we are an educational salon & spa, so some technicians have a Graduated Associate performing services with them. This allows for optimal time management, and gives the Associate more experience before becoming a Level 1 Tech on their own.
